Processing Time & Dispatch
All journals are printed to order up to and including the 15th of each month. After printing, your orders are collated and shipped, ensuring they arrive just in time for the new edition starting at the first of every month. Enjoy Free UK shipping on all orders! Please note that we ship only on business days (Monday to Friday).
It’s important to double-check that you enter the correct delivery address when placing your order. Please be aware that Lion State cannot be held responsible for any orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
If you need to update your shipping address, email our Help Desk as soon as possible after placing your order. While we’ll do our best to assist, please keep in mind that changes might not always be feasible on the first request due to our unique journal creation process—though such situations are rare.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email our Help Desk immediately after your purchase. We will do our utmost to help, but like with address changes, please understand that immediate cancellations may not always be possible due to our distinctive production method.
